Abstract

Bioremediation technology is an effort to increase food production, especially rice commodities, and sustainability. This study aims to determine the application of bioremediation technology in rice cultivation in Cangkol Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. The research uses a survey method with questionnaire guidelines. The number of samples was 63 people, determined by proportional random sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the application of bioremediation technology in rice cultivation is in the average category of moderate. The application indicators that are included in the high category are the use of insightful, certified, and bioremediation seeds; then the medium category indicator is carried out at the beginning of each planting, the status of soil pH levels, and the indicator is carried out at the same time as soil tillage, while the low category indicator is biological pesticides used in bioremediation rice cultivation.
